When it’s hot outside, it can be easy to become dehydrated. Have a designated water bottle and carry it with you at all times. Pack fresh fruits and vegetables as a snack.
Dress Cool
Avoid sun exposure by shading yourself by wearing a wide-brimmed breathable hat or using an umbrella. Wear loose-fitting, light-coloured clothing made from breathable fabric.
Workout Time
Avoid intense or moderately intense physical activity especially during 11 am to 4 pm. An early morning routine can be helpful. Also remember to stay hydrated.
