Water – 1 cup

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Cardamon – 1 pod

Honey – to taste

Recipe

  1. In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, one crushed cardamom.
  3. Simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Let cool off to warm temperature add honey or maple syrup to taste.
  5. Relax and enjoy !
