Cardamon – 1 pod
Honey – to taste
Recipe
- In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, one crushed cardamom.
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
- Let cool off to warm temperature add honey or maple syrup to taste.
