Do you want to change your diet and are not sure how? This workshop is for you!

Duration: 2 week program. Hybrid program you will have access to video or online content and in person guidance at Moksha Holistic Center.

You will learn about your body type-dosha and inherent digestive tendencies. The role of microbiome in maintaining gut health. You will receive guidance for a gentle detox and to modify your diet from processed to an anti-inflammatory diet. The workshop will introduce you to self care and mind-body practices such as meditation, yoga, breathing techniques to balance the gut brain axis. Biweekly meditation and yoga classes will be held on site.
